Just 3 km from Assisi, Villa Rosy sits amidst a 9-hectare olive grove. The Villa is the ideal place for those who love quiet, spirituality, art and history.

Villa Rosy is an ancient farmhouse which has been restored according to the local architectural traditions. Situated at Rivotorto, a little town on the declivities of Mount Subasio 3 Km from Assisi, the Villa is an ideal base for touring and exploring these beautiful towns. Villa Rosy is a perfect rural location if you enjoy walking, hiking and wildlife. Moreover the view on the plain below is simply astonishing.
Garden, vegetable garden, herbs garden, fruit trees, barbecue, gazebo, swimming pool (from 12/5/2007 to 29/9/2007) and mountain bikes are at guests’ disposal. Archery with teacher upon request during the high season. Paragliding school at 800 m.

The original structure has been divided into two different apartments furnished and equipped to a high standard: MIMOSA and MAGNOLIA, both with independent entrance.
Apartment MIMOSA (8 beds): ground floor: a roomy kitchen with fireplace, a spacious sitting/dining room, double bedroom with private bathroom with shower; first floor: one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, a luxury fitted bathroom with bath and separate shower, one twin bedroom; second floor: a lounge with satellite TV, sofas and fireplace, double bedroom, one bathroom with shower.
Apartment MAGNOLIA (2+2 beds): one double room, 1 bathroom with shower and a spacious kitchen with TV and full-sized double sofa-bed. Wheelchair access.
